Day 1, March 23
A day of travel, we left at around 4:30 AM that morning and made it to 100 Mile before Hazel woke up and needed her morning feeding. The rest of the trip went quite smoothly and we made it to chilliwack for lunch in 8 hours flat!
Hazel loved the extra room in her new car seat!
Once we reached the Langley side of the valley Hazel had no problem being the center of attention.
Reading stories with Great-Grandma Sikma
Playing cars with the big boys
"Hi Aunty Corday, can I play with your name tag?"
"Play cars Papa?"
Hazel got to play on the kitchen table for about 1/2 hour, what a great way to get to play with everyone and feel big.
Day 2, March 24
Playing with Uncle Teagen, these cars and car tower was quite the hit.
One on one time with Papa and Nana.
We went for a walk to the school park down the road, the buggy did come along, but it wasn't used much.
On the swing with Aunty Genoa which was lots of fun,
so we tried out the baby swing at Papa and Nana's afterwards.
(Video Below)
That afternoon we went to visit Will and Aleana. Their kids stand on the back of the couch and look out the window, Hazel had to be right in there too! It was neat to see how Hazel interacted with kids that were only a few years older then her and know how to play.
Bath time at Papa and Nana's, Nana's bathtub is a little bigger then the one at home 😍
Two people to share toys with!
Day 3, March 25
Last day on the Langley side of the valley.
We went shopping with all of the Aunties and Nana and got lots of new clothes. It was fun to have a sisters day out!
I love the photo of Hazel walking in the park.
ReplyDeleteDelilah says, "Hazel on a table. Hey, that sounds like Dr. Seuss!"
