In the past two weeks Kara Sinclair started up a PG nature group which has a bunch of moms from our church and recent friends that we have made. Our first destination was "Forest for the World".
Hazel had a lot of fun walking around and playing with rocks, though it was quite hard to keep her away from the water...
Missing a few people, I think this is about 3/4 of the group.
The next week our destination was " Ginter's Meadow" here we walked to the remains of a beautiful mansion, all that is left is some concert and stairs, but still a beautiful spot and there is LOTS of things for Hazel to climb so she was thrilled and Mama was busy...

Overall I have really enjoyed these walks, they are all places that I would love to go to but wouldn't do by myself. I love the time to chat with all the other moms too as sometimes at church you don't get to connect with everyone. At times it is a bit hard as I'm running after Hazel a lot and miss out on the conversation, but it is really neat to see her having so much fun too.
What a great idea! Great to get out and explore and spend time with other Moms. All the best keeping up with Hazel, time for a harness?
